The staff is a disgrace if I would even call it that. The way they handle tickets shows clear and blatant conflict of interest as the administrator who issues punishments somehow is also the one judging and denying appeals. There is 0 professionalism, I was given responses up to 12 hours later and the staff actually lied and claimed to arrange the conversation later two different times, both of which failed. All in all, The staff team is obviously lazy and lacks any sort of punctuality at all.
